Mody has been involved with his community activities for the past 20 years. He was elected president of the Malian Association of the Washington area in 2009. Under his leadership, the association went through a complete makeover by registering the association as a non-profit organization. The status as a non-profit helped the association tremendously in fundraising and legitimacy.

In 2015, Mr. Sissoko founded Beltsville soccer academy to help children reach their full potential playing soccer. He has worked at capital one bank as a financial operation specialist since 2016. His 15+ years span business strategies, organizational development, operations, and information technology.

Mody earned his bachelor's degree in finance from UMUC in 2008. He is finishing his master's degree in information technology. Mr. Sissoko has a humble personality and uses emotional intelligence to accomplish his objectives.
